Why values?

A good and successful life does not come about by accident.  It takes deliberate work.  A good society does not just happen.  It too, needs work and intention, and by people who know something of who they are.

Values breed values.
Today’s choices are practice for tomorrow’s decisions.

Values aid direction- we have priorities that are important.
Values save time- not all options are open. There are some things we will just not do.
Values lead to freedom- knowing what we believe frees us from the fashion of the moment, and releases us from the plans of others.
Values are a part of knowing ourselves.

Values consulting is about helping people and organisations identify and articulate what is most important for them.  Values consulting does not tell a person what to believe.
It is about helping people find ways to act on those values.
